Members of Lakeland’s Beta Sigma Omega fraternity worked in three shifts on Wednesday to help rid campus of litter and debris.
The early morning shift, made up of Joshua Guy, Romain Johnson, Vincent Stepney-Willis and Marvin Warfield, cleaned up around the apartments and dorms, while the late-morning shift of Sterling Gladney and Airiss Hargrow worked around Brotz, Laun, Bradley and Chase. Later, Maurice Adams cleaned up around the college’s front entrance and and D’Marjai Jackson-Williams covered the area around the suites.
By the time they were done, the Betas had filled four large trash bags with garbage that was no longer on our campus.
